顾辰，安徽合肥人。计算机与信息学院（人工智能学院）讲师。2018 年英国华威大学博士毕业，之后在英国华威大学WMG 学院、英国圣安德鲁斯大学计算机学院从事博士后研究工作。主持安徽省重点实验室项目 1 项、企业横向课题1项。研究内容包括车联网、联邦学习、安全与隐私保护等方向。
