Fan Zhiguo, male, 1979.09, from Huoshan County, Anhui Province, Ph.D., professor, master's supervisor. In 2002, he graduated from Liaoning University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree in communication engineering, and joined the work in July of the same year, and has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the School of Computer and Information of Hefei University of Technology, among which, in 2007 and 2011, he obtained a master's degree and a doctorate degree in signal and information processing from Hefei University of Technology. In recent years, he has presided over 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2 projects of the 863 project of military industry, 1 joint fund of the Ministry of Education for equipment pre-research, and 1 project of the Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Province.
