杜斌：副教授，博士后，硕士生导师，主要研究领域为电力设备在线监测与故障诊断、电工绝缘材料制备及应用等。兼任IEEE会员、中国电工技术学会会员、国家自然基函评专家等。担任ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation等国际知名学术期刊审稿人。

开设课程：《高电压技术》、《电力设备在线监测与故障诊断》、《电气绝缘测试技术》、《传感器技术》等。

主持国家自然基金青年项目1项，国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项，国家电网科技项目数项，近年来主持科技项目有（部分）：

1、国家自然科学基金青年项目，雷电流冲击导致的复合材料紧固结构火花放电形成机制与控制方法研究，2018-2020。

2、国家重点研发计划项目（子课题负责人），高降解率环氧复合绝缘材料批量再生与高值化再利用技术，2024-2026。

3、国家电网科技项目，110kV大容量干式变压器用环氧材料关键技术研究，2022-2024。

4、国家电网科技项目，新型聚乳酸计量箱增韧抗老化及分解率提升技术研究， 2023-2025。

5、国家电网科技项目，特高压GIS开关设备用芳纶绝缘拉杆关键技术研究，2021-2023。
