Aiming at the real-time synchronization and closed-loop control between physical assets and virtual models in complex manufacturing scenarios, this research focuses on cloud-edge collaborative digital twin modeling methods under the industrial Internet architecture. It explores key technologies including high-speed fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data and deterministic network communications (TSN/5G/6G), and constructs high-fidelity, low-latency and evolvable digital twin manufacturing systems to support closed-loop intelligent decision-making for equipment health management, process parameter optimization and production line virtual commissioning.
To meet the differentiated requirements of robot morphology and operation capabilities in various industrial environments, this research investigates scenario-adapted ontology design and key technologies of industrial embodied robots, and explores the implementation paths of embodied intelligence methods such as Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models and world models in industrial scenarios. On this basis, aiming at the future human-machine integration and ultra-flexible production modes, it studies the in-depth integration mechanism of embodied robots and lean production systems, and constructs adaptive and reconfigurable next-generation intelligent production systems.
